### Service Limitations and Inspections

1. **Pre-Work Inspections**: Before beginning any work, We Wash Stuff will inspect the property to identify any issues that may compromise the quality or safety of the job. If any issues are found (e.g., old or poorly maintained structures, surfaces, or utilities), we reserve the right to decline or cancel the job without liability.
2. **Structural Integrity**: We are not responsible for damages arising from pre-existing conditions, such as:
   - Old or fragile fences, windows, or doors.
   - Cracked, thin, or poorly maintained surfaces, such as siding, pool decks, or driveways.
   - Outdated or weakened plumbing systems that may crack or fail during service.
   - Fragile stones, bricks, or other structural elements.

### Liability for Damages

1. **Pre-Existing Damage**: We are not liable for damages to structures or surfaces that are already in poor condition or unsuitable for cleaning services.
2. **Incidental Water Damage**: While we take every precaution, we cannot be held responsible for water splashes that might reach pools, landscaping, or other areas near the service site.

### Safety and Precautions

1. **Pets and Plants**: All pets must be secured indoors during our service. Sensitive plants should also be moved indoors to prevent accidental exposure. While our solutions are pet- and plant-friendly, this precaution minimizes any risk of sensitivity.
2. **Hazardous Conditions**: If hazardous conditions are discovered during the work process (e.g., instability in structures or surfaces), work may be stopped or modified to ensure safety. Additional costs may apply for modified procedures.

### Additional Costs and Notifications

1. **Complex Services**: Any additional services or complexities discovered during the job may result in added costs. Customers will be notified in advance of any such changes.
2. **Material Requirements**: Specialized materials or methods required due to the condition of surfaces or structures will incur additional charges.

### Exclusions and Limitations

1. **Non-Maintained Surfaces**: We are not responsible for damage to surfaces or materials that have not been properly maintained over time.
2. **Aged or Fragile Structures**: Customers must disclose any known issues with the property that may impact the service.
3. **Force Majeure**: We are not liable for damages or delays caused by unforeseen circumstances, including extreme weather or uncontrollable hazards.

### Cancellation Policy

If the job is canceled due to issues discovered during inspection or unforeseen conditions, the customer will not be charged for unperformed work. However, inspection fees may apply.
